My experience working with Miguel has been nothing less than fun, positive, and highly motivational! I started to work with him in July 2019 at 195 lbs and the hope to become healthier and slimmer,  and now 1 year later I'm at 155lbs and I feel stronger and younger, and the best part is that I've built a discipline of a daily routine that I love and I look forward to do. Now physical training is part of my life style and I owe that to the positive seed of self care that Miguel planted in me through his characteristic patient aproach. I'm deeply grateful for that. I’ve had a few trainers over the years and Mike is easily the best I’ve worked with. He’s deeply attentive to client goals and feedback during workouts, constantly adjusting exercises to keep things challenging, yet manageable at the same time. In transitioning to remote training, Mike took care to make the appropriate adjustments, seamlessly incorporating my own equipment/furniture into our routines. Moreover, between work and home life, my schedule can be chaotic, but Mike consistently works with me to find time for our appointments and keep my fitness needs on track. When Miguel and I first met he asked what exercise goals I wished to pursue.  Being a grandparent my goals were and still are to remain flexible enough to get down on the floor to play with our little grandchildren and to be able to lift them up and easily put them into car seats.  I also wished to work on muscle strength and balance.  Each session addresses those issues with different exercises and equipment I have at home.  I have been very pleased and love to see myself getting stronger.  The sessions are fun and keep me coming back for more.  Thanks Miguel.
