Service Description

While you stay at home, I can come lead you to safe and effective workout designed to the group needs and fitness goals. How does it work? -The process starts with an Acknowledgement Form that ensures that both client and myself (trainer) are healthy. These forms are formally tracked for proper documentation. -All the equipment that I provide goes through Equipment Disinfection and Personal Hygiene protocols. If preferred by the client, we can only use whatever equipment the client has available at home or only perform bodyweight training to alleviate equipment disinfection concerns. The following prices are per person. Must be 3-5 people. *prices are subject to change Packages (60 MINUTES) • 1 Session $40 • 6 Sessions $225 ($15 discount) • 12 Sessions $450 ($30 discount)
